Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
You can choose among the following options/carriers for shipping to destinations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping with DPD is available upon request.

Shipping is free for purchases over CHF 150.00. Free shipping is done with PostPac Priority. Only valid for Switzerland and Liechtenstein!
In most cases we ship within one working day from stock Lupsingen. Orders submitted before 13:00 on working days, will be shipped the same day - given all items were in stock on checkout.
Low order fee
For orders with a subtotal (excluding shipping) of under CHF 15 we charge a gradual low order fee of max. CHF 2.5
Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein for business, educational (schools, high schools, universities) or CERN customers:
We offer accounts with special terms and conditions for educational, business or CERN customers upon written request.
With those business, edu or CERN accounts, customers will be able to benefit from relaxed payment terms and fixed discounts independent of total order amount. Also in case of CERN, orders will be VAT exempted.
However those accounts will not be able to benefit from free shipping offers or other quantity discounts we offer.
To register a business, edu or CERN account please follow the following three steps:
- Create a regular user account in our shop
- Fill out and return by email or fax the respective form for business customers, the form for educations customers or the form for CERN customers.
- You will get notified within 24hrs when your account has been upgraded.
Shipping to other countries:
We currently ship to the following destinations outside Switzerland:
- Czech Republic
- New Zealand
For shipping to countries other than Switzerland you can choose from the following shipping methods:
Post Economy Maxiletter track&sign (max 2Kg, max CHF 150.00 total order value): 5-15 working days ← Swisspost does not offer this shipping method anymore since 1.1.2015
- UPS Express Saver: 1-3 working days
All our shipments are properly documented for customs. However please note that depending on your countries customs you may have to pay VAT which may be collected upon delivery. Please check with your countries Post to be sure.
UPS Express Saver, DHL Worldwide Express and Post Economy Maxiletter signed are trackable and you will receive a tracking number by email upon shipping. Post Economy Maxiletter (not signed) is not trackable and you will not receive a tracking number.
Shipping time and cost
In most cases we ship within two working days from stock Lupsingen. Orders submitted before 13:00 on working days, will most of the time be shipped the same day - given all items were in stock on checkout.
Your shopping cart shows you the calculated shipping costs based on weight and value of the products in your cart.
The following payment methods are available:

- Bitcoin Transfer (You will receive 3% additional discount)
- Payment in advance / Prepay (You will receive 3% additional discount on checkout only available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, only valid for orders with a total of CHF 20.00 or more)
- Invoice (only available after your first order is processed and only for adresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
Prepaid orders must be paid within 5 working days. If a prepay order is not paid after 5 working days, we have to cancel your order so that the articles in your order are available to other customers again.
All our sales are based on Swiss Francs (CHF).
Whenever we offer the opportunity to display prices in another currency, those prices are not binding in any way and only for the purpose of simplifying price comparisons for the user.
The shops exchange rates are automatically updated every 10 minutes.
Due to the volatile nature of the Bitcoin currency, we ask you to send your Coins within 2 hours after ordering.

Support / Warranty / Returns
All items sold in our shop have 1yr warranty except where explicitly noted else.
If you have a defective or malfunctioning item, please contact us for an RMA. Please do not send items back without an RMA!
Warranty will be voided if the products were not used or operated in a proper way or if the customer tried to repair the product or has modified it any other definitive way (drilling holes, glueing etc.).
