This kit includes 1x glass coated and 1x epoxy coated thermistor.
The thermistor is an electronic component that exhibits a large change in resistance with a change in its body temperature. The word 'thermistor' is actually a contraction of the words 'thermal resistor'. The thermistors have large negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTC devices).
These thermistors have a 10K ohm resistance in 25°C.
Ideal for Microcontroller projects involving measuring ambient temperatures, fridges, deep friers, PC-cases etc.
