The WiFi shield - Fi250 is an economic internet of things solution for use with Arduino and compatible boards. The WiFi module supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n mode and has a maximum speed of up to 65Mbit/s. WiFi shield (Fi250) comes with an on board antenna; it’s easy to build your project in a small enclosure. The module features a UFL connector, so you can use an external antenna to increase the distance. There is a key on the board, just push one time to change wifi shield as AP mode. The module have a computer interface software, you can control and upgrade the module via USB-UART convertor. The WiFi shield contains also a Micro SD card socket.
