The RPI GPIO Shield turns Raspberry Pi GPIOs into the normally-used Arduino I/O interface. The shield not only maintains most of Arduino Unos I/O interface, but also expands the IIC interface, UART TX/RX interface, SPI interface and electronic bricks interface. The RPI GPIO Shield inherits all the features of the Arduino Uno I/O which can be used to drive LED, sensors, LCD and other electronic modules and components.
Note: When you connect RPI GPIO Shield with your Raspberry Pi GPIOs, please make sure the pins are correctly aligned!
