What is even cooler than smart RGB LEDs? Smart RGB + white LEDs! These NeoPixels come with 4 LEDs in them (red, green, blue and white) for much better lighting effects. The white LEDs have colour temperature of 2700-3200K which is very warm white light, about what you would get from an old fashioned light bulb.
The SK6812 is a new RGB LED with a control IC built right into the LED. The SK6812 is fully compatible with WS2812/WS2811.
This RGB LED strip allows you to individually control the color and intensity of all 300 RGB LEDs on this 5m strip. The SK6812 even allows you to set the PWM Level for each color with an 8 Bit resolution (32bits per LED). Each LED has its own SK6812 IC and current limiting resistors. Check the datasheets below for more information on how to drive these strips.
