Post shipments from Monday 19th August delayed 1 day

Due to an error on behalf of Swiss Post all our priority shipments that left us monday 19th were delayed for 1 day due to a yet unknown problem on Swiss Posts side.

We are awaiting a comment and explanation of the issue at hand from Swiss Post and will update this news entry as soon as we get any news from them.

Customers who were affected by this problem with a priority order from Monday, please contact our customer service to let us know and work out a solution for you.

Note: DHL shipments were not affected by this problem.

[Update 27th Aug 2013]: Swiss Post has informed us that a sorter machine in distribution center Haerkingen was down for some time which caused some shipments from that day to be delivered one day late.
