The Tiny84Board helps you getting started with the ATtiny84 (or ATtiny44 and ATtiny24 resp.) or allows you to deploy the ATtiny84 in situations where an Arduino board would be overkill.
The Tiny84Board breaks out all pins from the ATtiny chip and also has four extra GND and VCC connections for wiring up sensors or actuators. It also offers quite large prototyping area for your own circuits. The three mounting holes allow you to mount the board easily into any enclosure. The onboard ICSP makes programming the chip quick and easy.
