The new Helvetiny85 3.3V is based on the orginal Helvetiny85 from dinoi. The Helvetiny85 is a microcontroller kit based on the ATtiny85 with a software USB implementation through the Micronucleus bootloader. The micronucleus bootloader allows you to program this board easily over USB with the Arduino IDE, even so the ATtiny85 has actually no real USB interface. The Reset button allows to upload sketches without disconnecting and re-plugging the board. Compared to the original Helvetiny85, the Helvetiny85 3.3V operates - as the name suggests - with 3.3V logic levels.
This kit is built exclusively using THT components so that even beginners will have no problem assembling it within a few minutes. All pins of the ATtiny85 are broken out to 0.1" headers. There is also a small prototyping area with 34 Flowerpads for your own small circuitry. We really like the Flowerpads as they allow you to easily mount THT as well as SMD components in the prototyping area.
Contents:
- Helvetiny85 3.3V PCB
- ATtiny85 with micronucleus bootloader 1.11
- All needed components and parts
Note: The Helvetiny85 3.3V comes as kit and needs to be soldered first. You should have a solder iron, some solder and a few other tools needed like a diagonal or flush cutter.
