No more shipping to Germany

In the past roughly 50% of our shipments to Germany have been held back by german customs with doubtful reasons to say the least, while every single shipment we made to other countries arrived in time and passed customs without any problems.

Naturally all of our shipments were properly declared and contained the necessary number of invoice copies for customs. For the receiving customer in Germany this in the first place just annoying, no matter who caused the delay and he is understandably upset about us.

As we have in years not found a way to please German customs we have decided to remove Germany from our list of shipping destinations. We have taken this decision not lightly and if the situation changes we will get back to rethink the decision any time.
